Unknown caller giving out mis-information but correct ssn - need to confirm locality and caller

calls 2 or more times a day no message who are they what do they want i am on the do not call list

From Law and Investigations of American Legal Processing Division of Morgan Law and Associates of New York. Sounded more like an opium den in Karachi. Finally, "Jimmy" was going to pay off the $120 bad debt against me for $2 out of his own pocket because he knew I was a good person. I messed with them for 15 minutes getting them to repeat, spell, etc. But I also got the SSN and e-mail of a clown who put my phone number on a lot of sites and loan applications. ;-)

I received a call and message stating they were a financial company looking to collect money on a loan. They stated there was a lawsuit filed against me. I hung up on them. The heavy indian accent called me back and asked why I hung up on them. I told them because I could and I knew they were a fraud. I told them I will report them if they call me again. So I received a call from my girlfriend stating she received a call stating I owe this loan and a lawsuit is filed against me. Requested that I call them ASAP. I received a message stating he called me and that I hung up on him and that it was unacceptable. Requested I take care of this matter or there would be trouble. I have left a message for the secret service and reported it.

call number back and wont accept return phone calls

wanting money for unpaid bill.......no info on who is owed........just pay or be arrested

Called at least 10 times and say I owe a loan, that I never took out. They say a lawsuit has been filed against my ss#. I have told them not to call my number any more so they hang up and call my job. I have informed them that I know this is a scam and I will take legal action against them if they continue to harass me.

Called asked my name. I asked them towait a sec then they hung up.Called back and it said the number is not in service.

Called 8x since Sept 29. Thinking of going to the FTC if this continues.
